GFTH is a Bangladeshi not-for-profit foundation opening access to vocational training, healthcare and emergency support for communities that cannot afford them.
Bangladesh does not have a shortage of training institutes, doctors, or relief networks. It has a shortage of people who can afford to reach them.
GFTH exists to close that gap. We fund scholarships at established training providers, we bring free healthcare to communities that have none nearby, and we stand up when floods and winters arrive. We are registered in Bangladesh, governed by a formal board, and we publish what we spend.
Activities change; the pillars do not. Every GFTH activity, today and in future, sits inside one of these five.

Explore
Where new needs are met, because need does not arrive in neat categories.
ExploreGFTH does not operate microcredit, loans, or any interest-bearing financial product, and has no intention of doing so. Our model is grant-based, and our accountability runs to the people we serve rather than to a repayment schedule.
Bangladesh already has more than 2,300 skills training providers registered with the NSDA. The problem is not capacity, it is cost. A three-month certified course is out of reach for the families who need it most.
Training partners are scored against published criteria: accreditation, equipment and workshop condition, instructor qualification, and documented placement history.
Selection framework
Awarded on financial need and aptitude, reviewed by a panel and never by a single officer. No fee or commission may be charged to an applicant at any stage.
Who can apply
Funds are released against milestones: enrolment, attendance, assessment, certification, and verified placement. Payment follows evidence.
How we verifyGFTH's five pillars map to six of the Global Goals. We report against them from our first year, not our fifth.
We work with institutions, public bodies and businesses to turn resources into measurable access and opportunity.
Governance, compliance status, safeguarding and programme design, with our gaps disclosed rather than hidden.
GFTH does not duplicate public training infrastructure. We increase utilisation of NSDA and BTEB accredited capacity that already exists.
Sponsor a trainee, a cohort, a medical camp or a winter distribution, with a costed report for every unit funded.
