Show the work.
Show the rules.
Show the record.

GFTH is one year old. We cannot yet show you a decade of audited accounts. What we can show you is exactly how we are built, what rules we operate under, and what we have committed to publish.

Why this page exists

Transparency is
part of the model.

GFTH publishes how it is governed, what policies guide its work, what it commits to disclose and where the organisation currently stands.

GFTH is a young organisation. Its evidence base is still being built. The purpose of this page is therefore not to create the appearance of a long track record, but to make the operating rules visible from the beginning.

Governance safeguards

The money and
the evidence
must be separated.

GFTH's governance model is designed so that approval, payment and outcome verification are not controlled by one person acting alone. Procurement and related-party controls are part of the operating structure.

Board members are responsible for strategy, financial oversight and compliance. Day-to-day operations are led by an executive team accountable to the Board.
01
Programme approval Programme decisions are approved through the organisation's governance structure before funds are released.
02
Fund disbursement Disbursement is handled separately so no single individual can approve and release a payment.
03
Outcome verification Delivery and outcomes are verified independently from the original payment approval process.
04
Procurement controls Procurement above the approved threshold requires competitive quotation. The exact threshold will be published when finalised.
05
Related-party disclosure Related-party transactions are declared and recorded as part of GFTH's governance safeguards.
Policies & documents

The rules are
public.

GFTH's transparency commitment includes making the policies that govern programme delivery publicly accessible. The document set will expand as the organisation's operational systems develop.

01 Safeguarding & Child Protection Standards for activities involving children and adolescents, including consent and protection requirements.
02 Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Whistleblowing Controls and reporting routes around fraud, bribery and protected disclosure.
03 Data Protection & Privacy Principles governing personal information, confidentiality and responsible data use.
04 Photography & Consent Rules governing photography, consent and the publication of images from GFTH activities.
05 Complaints & Feedback A formal route for concerns, complaints and feedback from people engaging with GFTH.
06 Registration & Constitutive Documents Registration certificate and constitutional documents will be available for institutional review.
