COMPLEMENT, NOT DUPLICATE

Use the system.
Extend its reach.

GFTH does not seek to duplicate public training or welfare infrastructure.

Our model directs private and philanthropic funding into providers and systems that already operate within Bangladesh's national skills and public-service landscape. The objective is to increase access for people who are currently excluded by cost, distance or limited programme reach.

01
Align

Work around relevant national priorities, standards and existing public structures.

02
Extend

Use partnerships and established providers to reach communities beyond existing programme access.

03
Document

Maintain a clear record of what was delivered, where it happened and what was learned.

Community development activity in rural Bangladesh

National priorities,
local reach.

GFTH's government partnerships are designed around areas where public priorities and community-level access can intersect.

01
Skills & employment

Alignment with national skills systems and pathways toward skilled employment at home and abroad.

02
District-level access

Working through existing providers and local structures rather than creating parallel delivery systems.

03
Community programmes
