ACCESS · DELIVERY · OUTCOME

We fund access.
We verify delivery.

GFTH directs funding into established delivery channels rather than building parallel institutions.

Our programme design separates selection, delivery, verification and payment. Where a partner's track record is required, we are willing to work as a junior consortium partner rather than overstate our own experience.

01
Select

Partners and programme mechanisms are assessed against defined criteria.

02
Deliver

Funding supports clearly defined programme activities and agreed milestones.

03
Verify

Evidence informs outcome verification and subsequent disbursement.

Partnerships built
around evidence.

We are looking for partners who can help build credible programmes, strengthen delivery and fund verifiable outcomes.

01
Consortium partnership

Work alongside an experienced lead agency where GFTH contributes programme capacity and local delivery.

02
Sub-grant implementation

Implement clearly defined programme activities with documented responsibilities and verification.

03
Technical partnership

Bring expertise, systems or specialist capability into programme design and delivery.

04
Pilot co-financing

Support carefully defined pilots that can generate evidence for responsible scale-up.

We do not have a
long delivery record.

GFTH was established in 2026. We say openly that we do not yet have a multi-year record of delivery.

What we can show is a defined operating model, a governance structure that separates approval from disbursement, and a willingness to publish what we do, what it costs and what we learn.
