Dignity first
Every person we serve is a participant, not a recipient.
Vision, mission and values
How GFTH chooses its work, works with partners, and stays accountable to the communities it serves.
01 · Vision
A Bangladesh where no one is kept out of skilled, dignified work by the cost of getting there.
Opportunity should be determined by ability and effort, not by whether someone can afford the next step.
02 · Mission
GFTH funds and facilitates access to technical and vocational skills, healthcare and humanitarian support for underserved communities in Bangladesh, partnering with accredited providers, medical professionals and local institutions to deliver measurable, verifiable outcomes.
Partner with accredited training providers and local institutions.
Support people through scholarships, healthcare and direct relief.
Prioritise women and girls where access gaps are greatest.
Link funding to documented delivery and verifiable outcomes.
Publish what we do, what it costs and what we learn.
03 · Values
These are not decorative statements. They are the tests we apply when selecting partners, designing activities and reviewing results.
Every person we serve is a participant, not a recipient.
We measure what happened, not only what was intended.
Our registrations, policies and finances are public.
No fee is ever charged to a trainee, patient or family, by GFTH or by a partner provider, at any stage.
Women and girls are a stated priority across every pillar, not a separate programme.
We work through Bangladeshi institutions, not around them.
